Last day of the month. A date that evokes mixed feelings. For some, it's a rush and the submission of reports. For others, it's payday and small joys. For others, it's just a transition. Leap year or not, the month has passed and it's the last day again. There is something sacred about this day. We sum up, let go of the past, make plans.
