Artist Tsarfin
Artist Tsarfin from Belarusian Smilovich: The Forgotten Genius of 'Reincarnations' Introduction: International fame and local oblivion Yamel (Yamil) Tsarfin (1899-1979) is one of the most paradoxical phenomena in the history of 20th-century art.
